Our teams learned proper sprint mechanics, sound jumping techniques, and training for explosiveness all key for basketball and things we cannot properly teach in practice. Athletic Conditioning, Functional Fitness and Group Classes

We offer a performance twist, with strength and conditioning classes focused on teaching movement foundations and programming for results:

  • Athletic Conditioning: Focus on improving your engine, accessible functional movements, speed, agility and plyometrics - get sweaty!
  • Strong: Focus on compound lifts, hypertrophy, learn to lift properly and accessory training - get strong!
  • Game Day Workouts: Saturday‚Äôs at 9am are an absolute blast with the CANAM community and a beast of a 2hr workout. Can you keep up? Compete against the white board and accumulate as much work as you can, mimicking Game Day intensity and volume. Plenty of cardio, bodyweight movements, accessible wall ball/light kettle bell movements, sprints/sleds on indoor turf, box jumps and more!
